Very tasty, cheap (in terms of price / performance ratio) large selection and really nice staff :) Always a pleasure to order from you!

The burgers could have been a lot warmer. Otherwise they taste very good. The delivery was quick.

Basically very good delivery service, and very environmentally friendly due to e-bike and e-scooter delivery. There is also a vegan burger, which can be ordered slightly differently through slight adjustments - but more variety would be desirable. Unfortunately, the food was almost cold in 9 out of 10 orders ... We wrote this extra for the last order and asked for a scooter delivery in the hope that the food would be delivered warm. Unfortunately it wasn't like that. It only worked once, when we were probably the first delivery address.

Actually delicious burgers in a filling size and with a short delivery time! Unfortunately, burgers and fries have been cold more often lately, and this should be improved!

Order made today ..... disaster .... cold burger, cold fries, forgotten salad and mayonnaise and even forgot a french fries. It was still tasty, but I am deeply disappointed. Already has mc Donalds style. Sad.. . I called you only get the central that forwards everything as it sounded. I'm curious whether there will be more deliveries.

Actually, Google should divide the ratings into certain areas, because the employees, both online, on the hotline and the driver were very nice, 5 stars. However, the organization appears to be a disaster. A few things were missing, it's no drama, but we waited forever for the delivery (if you only have a limited time to eat due to the lunch break, and that's exactly why you order it in advance with a delivery date). In addition, despite an 8 minute walk (650m) the burgers and fries were lukewarm or cold. And that shouldn't be. In terms of taste, the fries were very good and crispy (just cold), the veggie burger - well. Not recommended. The salads, on the other hand, were delicious, but visually absolutely not comparable with the photos advertised on the website. We'll only order salad, if ever again. Really a shame, we should urgently work on the organization so that the customer, when he orders a warm meal, receives it at the appropriate temperature (and completely!).

Excellent, price-performance ratio, was the first visit, but definitely not the last :)

We were there in corona lockdown. We ordered by phone. We had to wait 45 minutes longer than advertised. As an excuse we got 1x burger and 1x finger food extra. Now we're pretty full. The food is very good and the increased price is reasonable.

Very disappointing! 1.5 hours waiting time, food cold and an unfriendly lady on the hotline. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time! You have definitely lost us as a customer!

Food 20min. too late. Forget mayo and additional wishes. Burger rolls exchanged and unfortunately the food was lukewarm. Positive: nice delivery.

At first I was really happy. In the meantime, and this is by no means the first time, something is missing from the order, it takes forever to deliver or the drivers supposedly can't find the house, call and then complain. Unfortunately, I cannot provide more than the street, house number and floor. Only today were the fries missing from my order. These would be delivered to me. I ask myself, should I eat my citizen cold if I have to wait another hour? No thanks. Unfortunately no longer recommended. I wish the opening state back. Because the food is always delicious. Unfortunately, service is no longer available.

Orders were placed on the website and the food was delivered at the right time. The vegan burger and the side dish were still hot and very tasty. The messenger was very friendly. We will continue to order there. Only criticism, the burger was smaller than the bun.

BurgerMe burgers are very tasty and can be customized. Price / performance is okay. If you just want to pick up the food for a short time, you can easily order via the website.

Too bad. Extra drove there. Staff couldn't tell me anything about allergens. A list could not be given to me either. 10 min searched for allergens on burgerme.de - nothing found. Was allowed to leave the shop hungry. 👎

The hamburger is good, but the cola brand is not the only choice except for the fritz cola brand and the fries came very dry.

The lady on the phone is unfriendly and not familiar with the actions. burgerme advertises a delivery time of 30 minutes, otherwise there is a 2 euro discount voucher. We waited over 1 hour for our food and it still wasn't cooked. A sign that the price is coming towards us is zero. The lady said looked annoyed and just hung up. In my opinion that is not possible at all.

Super clean shop. The food is not greasy at all and is very filling (even the small menu). The burgers are worth it because they are not as small as you know them from snacks. Everything is super quick and easy. The staff is also super friendly. Other takeaways can take an example from this snack bar.
